Overview
Please contact us to initiate a return or refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, we will only be able to accept items which have not been collected from the collection point. Therefore, please check your parcel at the collection point. Once it leaves the collection point we will be unable to process the return, even if your parcel contains the wrong items. We will take every precaution to correctly pack parcels to ensure that this does not happen.
If you do not collect your items within 30 days, no refund or exchange can be made, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to keep your parcel.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made for items not yet collected from the collection points. Once a package leaves the collection point, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Shipping returns
If we have shipped you your items (outside Gaborone), and there was a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping the wrong items back to us and shipping you the new correct items. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
